Steve
I see a lot of people joking about this, but i genuinely want Steve in smash. Embrace the cubes!Character: Keep his normal, unchanging face rather than those facial animations from Story Mode. That's about all there is to say.
Attacks:
Diamond sword - of course.
Trident - Steve uses a trident with the Riptide enchantment, which creates a small tornado to catch enemy fighters.
Bow - Works the same as Link's bow.
Potion of Harming - Steve throws a Splash Potion of Harming. A mid-ranged attack which damages the enemy directly.
Potion of Poison - Same as Potion of Harming, but it deals small amounts of damage over a period of time rather then a good amount straight away.
Grab: Fishing rod
Taunts:
- Steve turns towards the camera and repeatedly crouches and uncrouches.
- He spins around wildly.
- He throws an item directly above him and catches it. The item randomly changing could be a good detail. (diamond, redstone dust, gold ingot, iron ingot, emerald, etc)
Reskins: Reskins would have to include Alex, obviously. There could also be recolours wearing capes, armour, etc.
Final smash: I have two ideas for this one.
1 - The End. A cinematic smash where Steve is suddenly in diamond armour and wearing Elytra. The camera is closer up than usual, looking up at Steve from below as he flies upwards with the Elytra and pulls the enemy/ies upwards with a fishing rod. He then smacks them back with a sword. The camera quickly turns to the ground to reveal an End Portal had suddenly appeared. The enemy/ies falls into the portal and are flung upwards out of the other side, ending up in The End, of course. The Ender Dragon looms out of the darkness and breathes dragon breath at them, killing them mid-air. The camera goes back to the battlefield with Steve back to normal, the portal gone and the enemy/ies defeated.
2 - Creative Mode. I don't have as many ideas for this one. Basically, steve? enters creative mode, meaning he is invincible, can fly around with ease, and can place obsidian blocks, light fires and attack players infinitely. Or, at least until the smash ends. Upon ending, all fire and blocks placed disappear instantly.
