I've seen this WAY to often. Fanfics say he plays a DUBSTEP song, but it's ELECTRIC SWING.

I have evidence.

The difference between Dubstep, Daft punk, and Electric swing, is simple. Dubstep is usually played at parties, meant for listening to. Daft Punk is a group and style; the group plays the style. Daft punk is danced to, and tends to sound more like something on the radio. Electric swing is jazz with a more modern tone, like a morph of Dubstep, Jazz, and Daft punk if you need to compare it to something.

So, please learn he does not play Dubstep, but Electric Swing.
