So waking up in a tent, not great but at least a slept. I got out after sorting out my stuff. Now having a Deagle, a machete and a knife think I'm about set. I finally get out of the god dam tent to see the others had got up and had just got breakfast. I slowly had my way to them stretching as I did. They looked at me for a second before continuing to eat. I sat on the table with them with a plate of beans in front of me. Beans really. I started to dig in listening to the guys talk about their past. I was hoping I could stay out of it. But then Cora of all was talking about hers.
She had finished her beans and leaned forward "So over all mainly hated my family. So when this went down took it as a chance to run" are you kidding me. She has like the same story as me. My god. Yep this ones for keeps. Finishing mine she looked at me with a smile. Don't you dare.
She smiled and said to me "What about you Josh? What's your story?" nope hate her now. Really come on why do you want to know anyway?
Oh but no Tristan had to be like "Yeah man we shared ours" oh come on the guy who like never talks asks me too. Arrrr.
I push my plate away from me and placed my hands on the table "Well um...." oh god "Well I just you know house, life and then this, the I was here"
Cora just gave me this telling me "Really?" well really to you too.
"Arr fine" I gave in 'cause she gave me the puppy eyes "So I... I was a kid who moved around...a lot...and um never really found the right home for me always just being taken in and I had one problem....So I ran away when the things came out to play.....I spent most my time becoming a "Freerunner" and that's how I found you lot" I just looked down in thought and didn't speak for ages. There was a long silence.
Cora and John looked at each other and to me again "So you never had a home?" Cora asked "Like me" I just replied with a simple nod and looked down again. John and Kate stood and walked off followed by Chelsea soon after. The Tristan, then Charlie. It was just me and Cora.
"You run a lot?" She looked at me out of the blue and asked.
"Yeah I'd say I'm good at it too" I looked at her and said. She kinda giggled.
"Yeah are you now?" Was she mocking me?
"Yeah and I have proved that i believe" I had to play my cards carefully around her.
"Yeah well I was hardly trying" She kinda just tried to look less stupid.
"Yeah and you broke your foot in the mean time so that's a thing" That's so me. Also not sure if you saw that we used the word "yeah" 5 times now. Yeah we is gangster like that.
"And so what if i did?" I couldn't help but chuckle she was trying so hard. It was kinda cute. Anyway.
"Oh and then I the all awesome and cool Josh had to come and snap you foot back" I smiled. Oh yeah I just went there. She looked around moving some hair out of her face. I just burst into laughter. Yep think I won.
"Well I was....Whatever" She was a tad mad I think. She was silent for a while. "What do you thinks happening?" She asked me suddenly.
"I don't know but I am freaking the hell out in all truth" I told her.
She giggled a bit before saying "Awww does Josh need a cuddle bug" did she really just say that to me?
"Screw you miss I fell out a tree" She gave me a death stare and I laughed but it didn't take her long to join in. I looked over her shoulder to see John giving me a another death stare. Oh no way! Oh my god! He is jealous! Oh my lord! That is so funny he's over there looking at me as if I'm hitting on his girlfriend. Well not like I'm doing any hitting right now. I may just kiss her in a friendly manner just to annoy him. I mean she's cool and all that but I don't know really may do like I said.
She stopped laughing and looked at me "Whats up?" I was going to say something like "They sky" but.
"Oh John's giving me a death stare"Please turn round please Cora. She turned and looked at him. I'm done! Yes! He walked off with a bright red face! Oh my. This girl! 100% keeper no debates. She looked at me and we laughed again. This was going to be fun. I could just tell.
