His death
It was too good to be true, that I found my best friend. I was expecting him to live with me, all my life. But I knew that, that wouldn't be possible, I didn't want to think about Ocelot aging. I still found him young, and he had what he always wanted. I knew he wanted someone to care about him, someone who is loyal to him, someone who accepted him as part of family. I also had what I wanted because of him, I had a friend who was loyal, who was always there for me, who cared about me. I love peace, and so does he. I taught him to be a peaceful cat. I wasn't expecting his death to come early..It was a normal summer, I was looking forward into 7th grade until I found something that, I would never forget. It was Ocelot! I ran up to him, and checked to see if it truly was him... It was, he had his fabulous red collar on. I wailed, and knelt down next to his body, and when I examined his body. He had claw marks on him, they were similar to cat claw marks, I couldn't believe what Ocelot had to go through. I carried his body to the spot where I found him. It was under an Olive tree, I am allergic to Olives, but I didn't care. I Buried his body under the tree, and placed some Tulip flowers on his grave. I nailed a sign saying "Here Lies My Beloved Cat, Ocelot. He Was A Loving Cat, Who Once Was A Weak And Scrawny Kit, And Grown To Be A Healthy Cat."
I have to admit, that he had two best years of his life before being killed. I still don't know the cat who killed him, but at least he won't have to suffer what this world has against him. He was more then a cat, he was my best friend. Part of my family. And I still keep this secret from my parents, and I am encouraged to finally share his story to you guys...
