The Accident

EJ tried to grab her. But there was a knife in the wall where is arm was. "Jeff! I cut myself for you! And you attack him!" Jeff gasped. "No!" She nodded. "I heard the whole thing." He tried to run out, but Rose tripped him, and he fell to the floor. "Fight me." Jeff smiled. "Gladly." They went outside, and the last thing Rose saw of the inside of the house was Jane helping EJ. She turned. "I cut myself for you. I spilt blood for you. And you attack my friend!" Jeff lunged. "You turned from me! I loved you!" She turned her knife, and Jeff's knife flew out of his hand, landing in the sand. He ripped a second one out.
"Go To Sleep already! You liar!" She kicked him as he charged. "I was crying and you left me! EJ had the kindness to come and cheer me up!" Jeff stopped. "Who do you choose?" She gasped. "What? What do you mean?" He growled. "Who do you choose to be with you!?" She turned and looked to the side. Everyone was there, including EJ. He waved. "It's okay. Choose." He said. She turned to Jeff. "I choose..." He looked at her. "I choose EJ." Jeff attacked her. "Why!? I thought you cared!" She smiled. "I do. But he cares more." She put her knife down. "I will not fight you."
Jeff kept running. Rose sidestepped. "No! I won't let you get the best of me!" He shouted. "Havn't I already?" Black Rose commented. Jeff put his knife down. "No, you won't fight me. But I'll fight you." Her eyes went wide. Jeff held her neck, and pulled her feet off the ground. "Ghh... Jeff, this isn't... You..." Jeff nodded. "Yes... Yes, this is." She kicked his arm, and he let go. "Jeff! Snap out of it!" She blinked, and saw the fire again. "You aren't Jeff. Who are you?" Jeff laughed. "No, Jeff isn't here. He's suffering inside of himself. I took over when you went with EJ to the monument. You were so naive." She gasped. Going invisible, she lunged. "Agh! Where are you coming from?" Jeff shouted. "Get out of my friend!" Jeff screeched. "Dad?" He laughed.
"I do not approve of you being here, young lady." She saw the dark host come out of Jeff's body. Her father backhanded her. "Exit this foul place at once." She stood her ground. "No. You abused me. You told me I would never have friends, but now I found them. Just because you don't approve, doesn't mean I don't belong."
