Dec. 20- Necklace

Hi!
Today was such a busy day!
Ok so when i woke up I noticed that my diary was not beside my sleeping bag like it usually is.
Instead it was on the side table near Mia's laptop.
When we had breakfast if she knew anything about this.
"Uhhh, no. I did not even know that you had a diary!" Mia said. I could not really tell if she was lieing.
Mia has always been a good lier to this would be a bit tricky...
"Well I saw t near your laptop this morning...."
"Hum, I did not even notice that...."
When it was finally time for her to leave I went and saw that she left her laptop at my house.
I decided to give it to her the next time i see her.
A part of me wanted to check what she dd with my diary so looked and I saw that my diary looked the same.
I opened her laptop slowly when I noticed that she copied my diary on her computer...
How? Why?
Confused i thought it was right to just delete it fro her computer.
I feel bad that I am looking on her computer but HEY!
My diary is on here!
Why did she copy it i did not know but i felt like it was rude to copy it onto her computer...
I wanted to text Oliver the news that I am moving but I felt like I wanted to say this in person.
I told him to meet me at the park near the school.
I saw him there waiting for me.
I felt bad because it seemed like I was late or something but he seemed very happy.
"Hey!" I say greeting him with a wave. "Why are you so happy?" I ask him.
"Umm.. This is the first time you ever ask me to meet somewhere rather then at school..." He stares at the ground.
I blush and then feel bad because what I am about to tell him is bad news..
I decide to straight out tell him the news.
"Um... There news I need to tell you..." I begin awkwardly.
"...Yes?" He says still smiling a little bit.
I begin to cringe and finally say it, "I-I am... moving"
His look at first was surprised, then sad and then shy.
"Umm...Do you know where?" He says. From the tone of his voice it looks like he is about to cry.
I start to feel so bad and finally say, "I don't know where but my mom said far away... The good thing is that I might still be able to go to the same school..."
He smiles a little bit but I can tell that he is trying not to be sad.
"I am sorry" I say.
"N-no it's ok..." He says looking away.
I can tell that something else bothering him, no just the fact that I am moving.
I don't ask though.
We spend the next couple of minutes talking about Cuba and what we will to for Christmas.
"I got you a souvenir!" He says excitedly Then he starts to blush as he gives me a necklace with a starfish on it.
It has my name engraved into it and a fancy pattern for the string.
"It's wonderful!" I say smiling! "Thanks my best friend!"
He blushes insanely. "G-glad you um... like it..."
After a while I go back home and put on the necklace.
"Where did you get that from?" My sister asks.
"N-nowhere..." I say.
"Oh boy I can't wait to read your diary tonight!" She says smiling and waving.
So here I am!
