Dec. 14- Christmas Concert

Hi! So much happened today.
Ok so there is this Christmas concert thing this week on Friday.
That's like in 4 days...
Today I was chosen to be one of the people in the ice dance.
There is suppose to be someone else who is dancing with me and then background dancers.
I was so surprised I was chosen.
I am not even good at dancing (don't tell them that!)
So anyways I really wanted to know who else was going to be dancing with me.
That is I saw that Oliver was going to be dancing with me!
I thought he was shy and did not want to do these types of things...
Anyways we got to miss class because of the Christmas concert but it did not really matter since we where not doing much anyways in class (mostly just watching movies)
When I got to the gym I saw Oliver there.
He looked extremely nervous. Probably the most nervous since I have ever seen him.
I walked up to him and he greeted me. Then said "Help!"
"Maybe you could ask to have another part in the concert?" I said trying to help him.
"Already tried that. And I also asked to not be in the play but they did not want to change my spot. What am I going to do?"
He said with defeat putting his hands in his face.
I sighed. There must be something that we can do.
At math class everyone was handing out candy canes and I got 10!
I thought I would save them for lunch to give to all my friends.
When I got to lunch I gave them all but Oliver cause he was not there.
I decided to give it to him when we where walking back from school.
When we where walking I gave him the candy cane and noticed that he looked very happy.
He seems to like candy canes.
Speaking of all of this gift giving thing I still need to get something for my friends!
I am thinking of inviting everyone over near Christmas to watch the Anime Christmas movie that came out a few months ago.
Anyways that's all that happened today! BYE!
