The questy quest quest!
Charlie explained all about her nightmare and Chaos and such. When Chiron said we would have to have a quest, I started to get all shivery inside."Me me me me me!" I shouted out loud.
OOPS.
Everyone turned and looked at me. I saw Annabeth put her hand over her eyes. I really, really hadn't wanted to disappoint her. Then Percy burst out laughing.
Everyone stared at him.
"Uh, sorry." He managed, then ducked under the table and had a laughing fit.
"You guys can, um keep going now." I suggested sheepishly. Piper gave me a sympathetic glance.
But I got to go on the quest anyway.
We got to go to Vegas, at least. And I took down my first monster! Annabeth got stabbed and she tripped and it was just me, all alone, and Stheno was looking at me in a very creepish way and I was way, way scared and I just stared at her for a second and then I stabbed her! She exploded into monster flakes ( kinda like cornflakes) and I helped Annabeth up. She stared at me in disbelief.
Then she said, "Y'know, you're a good sister, Ella."
WELL THAT TOTALLY MADE MY DAY!!!
And from then on we were friends.
