Chapter One; The News

Caitlin's P.O.V.

I sat beside Niall waiting for his mother to tell me the news which, i could tell, was eating at her. Niall was hugging me tightly like I was 5 again. I was 15, even though i could pass for older, and have dealt with a lot of stuff. "Caitlin, sweetie, you're parents passed away yeasterday in a car wreak. We just found out." her voice was shaking but I wasn't gonna break or so I thought. Niall pushed away my tears making me cry harder. I haven't seen them in 4 months and now they're gone... gone forever. No more midnight calls or bab- oh my god "Did Josephine make it?" I asked in what i thought would have been my strong voice but it came out in a whisper. Niall's mom was already gone probably cuz she knows Niall is a better comforter. "Caitlin, I'm truly sorry but no..." he whispered. I buried my face in his chest tears now flowing freely, i didn't care that the other guys would be over any minute now. He just sat there holding me in his arms. "Knock knock..." A voice whispered, the voice that always made me smile and blush but this time nothing. I felt myself getting put into different arms but didn't care to look up. "Caitlin," my head got tilted up, i was looking into HIS eyes, he wiped away my tears "I'm so sorry..." i buried into his chest "I'm a horrible daughter, I didn't even go see them... Not for four months..." "No you aren't you didn't know this was gonna happen..." "I still feel it's all my fault... I haven't talked to my mom in a week and my dad well i can't remember our last words we spoke..." My heart felt like it had just dissapeared, no that's not away to explain it cuz i wouldn't be in this kind of pain.... "Hey baby." I heard Harry say, did I mention that I'm with Harry. I moved into his arms as he comforted me. "Hey Harry." i whispered finally getting the water works to stop. He kissed my forehead "I'm sorry Caitlin..." he held me protectively like he could take away the pain i felt and make me happy again, happy care free, and innocent but this one moment seemed to change everything...
