Interrogation
I lock the door quickly just as they reach it. I step back as they start banging on the door, heavily. I look around desperately looking for a way out, then I see the windows on top of my bed. I rush over to the windows as the banging continues on, non-stop. I reach the bed and take my heels off in a rush. I get atop the bed and makes my way to the window. Just as I'm about to open the window, the heavy banging stops making me procrastinate and turn back to look at the door. A while of silence passes until a heavier banging drowns the room loudly. I continue opening the window but it seems jammed. I pull it up with more force and its slides right open. I get on top of the ledge ready to throw myself off but I stop as I see the drop. Now with the banging ringing in my ears, I brush off the hesitation and the pressure. The banging on the door stops once more, making me turn back and look straight at it. Yet another long while passes and the banging hasn't continued. I ready myself to jump off and out of the window, as I'm doing so, gunshots starts to attack the door and enter the room. Three bullets make their way into my back, not only causing unexplainable pain, but making me fall out the window slamming myself against the ground with a tremendous thud. I somehow didn't black out, but the excruciating pain shocking through me was too much, yet I had to get out of there. I slowly stand up-right, with blood pouring out with every second that passed by. I clumsily start walking away from the manor almost falling at every step, until, I couldn't go no longer. I fall to my knees then land flat on my face. Everything then suddenly becomes blurry as I shadowy figure makes its way up to me. I try to move away from the figure but fail due to the weakness that grew in me. Once the shadowy figured reached me, darkness started to fill my sight and I soon blacked out...++++++++
I wake up with a smack on my back. With my head held low, I open my eyes at pain and see that I'm tied up to a chair, legs, chest, arms and hands. I look up to see whose in the room, and to my surprise, the West Indies are all over the place. I growl at a whisper when I lay eyes on them as they whisper to each other, scream with hatred and throw hostile things at me. The voices fall and fade when the leader of the West Indies walks in and stops in front of me. "Well Dark, seems to me that you have failed to deliver my drugs to me..." He starts to say as he paces in a circle walking around me. All I do is look down at my lap as he does so. He then again stops in front of me, "And you promised me you wouldn't fail..." His voice now becomes rough with anger. "I run a tight business here, and if you don't deliver the goods to me on time, my business will fail and fall leaving me broke and with nothing!" His voice become hoarse and rocky as it becomes louder. He notices i'm still looking down, not even moving. He growls at the sight and pulls my head up by the back of my hair, now i'm looking straight him. "Do you know what that means...?" I stay silent staring blankly at him. "Do you know what that means...?" He repeats with a lower tone. I stare at him, "Do you know..." I start at a whisper, "That I... Simply... Don't... CARE!" I shout at him as I stare with aggression into his piercing blue eyes. He smirks as he lets go of my hair, and backs away snapping his fingers. I death stare him as someone whips me on my back. I feel like shouting my lungs out, but I suck in the pain."Now, what do they call you...?" I stare blankly at him as he paces the floor once again. "Hmm.... Is it 'Dark?' Hmm? 'Dark' is what everybody calls you, am I right?" All I can do is stare at him, with pure hatred burning inside me. "When, we both know..." He stops pacing, leans in to my ear, and whispers, "Its Swift..." I growl as he backs off. "You know my name isn't going to do anything, Fierce!" I shout out his name in a threatening way. He turns to me with a purely evil look on his face. "That's what you think. If I go around and tell your 'Friends' that you're still alive, where would that lead you?" My eyes widen in shock but soon narrow back down, "They're all probably dead... All of them! Its been 40 years! Not 10 minutes!" "But you'd be surprised of how they're all striving." I open my mouth to say something, but end up being cut off by Fierce. "They're all alive and living strong, but not only will your existence astound them... But what will come as the real shock, is your job..." I growl loudly at him, "You can do whatever you want, but you can't, under any circumstances, you can't tell them of my job! Nonetheless of my existence!" He turns to me with a serious face as it slowly turns into a deadly-evil smirk. "Fine... I won't... But just remember, disappoint me again, and you're reputation isn't the only thing that's going to die..." He snaps his fingers again and the ropes around me disappear into smoke. I stand up still pain shocking through my back as Fierce starts to walk away. He turns to me, "And don't worry, the bullets in your back have been removed. You're welcome." He turns away to leave but I stop by blurting out, "Just because I turned you down, doesn't mean you have to hold a grudge!" He looks back at me then turns and leaves the room. I get escorted out, blind-folded.
