The flower which never wilts

Rann, Shun and Scarlett

The one who was always with me was Shun.. But as the years passed, a cousin of mine visited us frequently. His name was Rann and he was the heir to the famous company Damyon. Rann Damyon and I were of the same age so Shun was always on the looking after us. My cousin was so cute and even though he is a boy his physical appearance was similar to a girl... Rann was blond, had large dreamy eyes that shared the color of the sky and he looked so fragile that one would always want to keep him safely wrapped! It was his looks and innocent, calm attitude that made me dress him up as a girl!
Every time i would make him sit near the table in the Back Garden and would put makeup, accessories and dresses on him. He would endure the game but eventually cry and spoil the makeup and the dress and go running to grandpa saying that he is a boy!! And Shun and I would laugh till tears rolled down our cheeks and our stomach hurt. Rann always visited during the summer and after his departure life would go on normally as I hid around the house and refused to learn the etiquette of being a Lady. I hated those long hours of studying and learning and cramming lessons into my head!!!

I remember the summer i was 16 years old. I had once again skipped the afternoon lessons and hid in a tree in the Back Garden. I heard the maid calling out my name but i ignored it and silently waited for her to go away. When I was sure she was far from the tree i was in, i prepared myself to climb down when Shun's voice echoed behind.
"You sure are a troublesome Lady." I was startled but glad it was only my companion in mischief!! Shun climbed and sat beside me on the same branch. We laughed and talked but soon the maid's voice was heard again and it seemed she was getting nearer! I panicked, tried to get down and find another hiding place but the branch gave in and Shun and I ended in the pond with a huge SPLASH!!
