With a Swoosh of his tail.
As they were leaving camp ShadowFlames' stomach rumbled, he had completely forgotten to eat that nice juicy mouse! He turned around hoping it would be still there, but it had gone. He looked around the clearing of the camp to find MouseFur tucking into it he let out a huge sigh and carried on walking."Anything wrong ShadowFlames?" Asked BrambleClaw, as he spotted a rabbit
"No not really, just hungry I didn't eat this morning." ShadowFlames said disappointedly
BrambleClaw ignored ShadowFlames and pounced onto the rabbit, killing it with one swipe of his giant paw. ShadowFlames licked his lips hoping he could find some prey of his own, he raised his head and started sniffing the air until he found the scent he was looking for, prey.
The scent was close, and fresh it was a squirrel that must have been gathering food for the upcoming leaf-bare so it could go into hibernation.
Looking around ShadowFlames could see movement in the tree's, as his eye's focused he saw two of them jumping around with giant hazelnuts in their mouths. ShadowFlames jumped onto a branch then started leaping from tree to tree until his snapped his teeth shut and grabbed the squirrels tail, he flipped the squirrel up into the air then bit it as hard as he could. Elegantly he landed on all fours with his front legs crossed.
"Great catch!" Exclaimed BrackenFur
"Woah, that was amazing father!" excitedly pounced ForePaw
ShadowFlames lay on the ground tucking into his catch, ShadowFlames usually hated eating squirrel because it's fur would always leave a horrible tickling sensation left on his tongue, but because he hadn't eaten in ages he wasn't bothered by any sort of fur left on his tongue!
Once the cat's had eaten their prey they decided to set off again until they came to the ShadowClan border, ForePaw's face curled in disgust the smell of ShadowClan to her was like the Thunder-Path mixed with more horrible scents they were about to turn around and go back to camp when, a familiar voice said,
"Look it's the Half Clan Kittypet!" It was CeddarHeart who spoke, one of the cats that annoyed ShadowFlames the most.
"I've already told you CeddarHeart I'm not a kittypet nor am I half clan, I am full ThunderClan because both my parents were born there!" calmly said ShadowFlames
CeddarHeart unsheathed his claws and was ready to attack although if he got any closer he would be trespassing on ThunderClan territory and they would have no choice but to attack on his entry!
