Redstar had awoken, she felt the 9 lives she now possessed pulsing through her veins, her legs moved faster on the terrain of the Windclan territory, it felt as if her body couldn't keep up, when she made it back to Thunderclan, there was a terrible sight in front of her, 2 cats, Snowblossom and her brother Lionclaw were dead, hit by a monster. Redstar had to chooses a deputy, but who would be right? She announced Racoontail, a former rogue who had earned true respect, as deputy. Her mate Echoheart stood looking at his paws, she could tell that he wanted very deeply to be deputy.

They were going to have their 4th litter of kits, and he was determined that one would be a loyal warrior. Soon after the announcement, one of the border patrols rushed into her den, Windclan warriors, the whole clan, even kits and elders, coming to take Sandy Hollow and the camp. ''Windclan! Seriously! Their a bunch of dumb cats who think their quick paws make them better, send out all the warriors, and let them know that Thunderclan battles aren't for beginners. The battle was to be fierce, a battle which no Windclan warrior would live without joining Thunderclan as a prisoner. Warriors marched to Sandy Hollow, their apprentices so excited they can't be still. Redstar stood behind all her warriors, ready to give signals to elders and kits if they were needed. The deputy, at the front was signaling all cats to stalk forward, apprentices were shaking from excitement, then a yowl was heard, Windclan, Attack!
