I just wanted to say that this took a HELL long time to think about.
It isn't easy creating a new species within the Sonic fanbase; you have a tough crowd to please, and you don't want your new species to be filled with OP Mary-Sue's.
I know I was a little harsh on the expenses for this species, but I had to think of something to avoid them being OP.
If you'd like to create a Wolfmage, that is perfectly fine, as long as you follow these guidelines. Any Wolfmage OC who does not follow them, the creator will be given a choice to either change to these guidelines within 5 days, or the OC will have to be deleted.

Furthermore, I'd like to take this time to say that in the upcoming future, there will be Wolfmage royalty. Right now, there aren't, but there will be soon.
