Chapter 7: Running

I ran from the house. I had no idea where I was going but I really didn't care, I just wanted to get away. I ignored my phone that never stopped ringing and kept running. Once I got too tried to keep running I sat down on the curb and pulled out my phone. Wow! 28 missed calls and 45 no 46 no 47 unread texts. My phone rang again and it was Liam this time. I answered "Hello?"
I heard an automatic sigh of relief and asked me "Are you ok?" I nodded but realized that he couldn't see me.
"Yeah, I think I am." I answered.
"Ok. Do you know where you are? actually just stay there."
"All I know is that I turned right out of your drive way and kept running."
"Ok. Just stay where you are. We are coming to get you." He hung up. I sat there crying with my eyes covered and didn't even see the car pull up. I sat there for a while crying for a while, then slowly I looked up to see a black car pulled over. Zayn gets out of the car and sits by me. I don't even say anything. I just lean my head into his chest and cry again.
Finally my sobbing slows down and I pick my head up. He storks my hair and tells me its ok. He pushes me back down into his lap. We sit like that for a while in silence. Harry gets out of the car and I get up and hug him. He gets me in the car and we take off. I'm curled up in Liam's lap and Harry is driving around. He doesn't turn back around, but instead he goes out of the neighborhood. The only sound is me crying at the radio that is faintly heard. I recognize the song and ask them to turn it up. We sing until the song is over and then Harry drops the bomb.
"why did you run away?" he asks.
"Louis asked me to kiss all of you and as much as I would like to but it would be wrong. You could be using me or fall for another girl and I would be left heartbroken." I began to cry again. Liam puts his arm around me and pulls me close.
"We could never do that to you." Zayn tells me.
Harry and Liam nodded in agreement. They turned on a CD and I didn't recognize it.
"I know that this is you but I've never heard it before."
"We know. Its the beginning of our 3rd album. Its not finished yet but we're working on it." Harry says.
"Ok. Deep moment over. Time for you to dazzle me with your fabulous singing." I said trying to sound happy. They launch into the song right away. Its an up beat song about love and how much they miss this one girl and that they wish she never had left. They sang the next song too. Once it got to the third song we were back in the neighborhood.
