How and Why
Like shattered diamonds, the hourglass broke. The hourglass of time. Shards of hope falling deep into the abyss of my mind. An emotionless stare plastered on my face. As my thoughts faded away, I was rewritten as new.Hi, my name is Samantha but I prefer either Sammy or Sam. My friends are Liloc and Lavender and before I forget to mention it we are timetravelers and we are the last of our kind with only one time machine. Today some of time was erased and we have to fix it, we are the only people who can.
It was a foggy morning in 2015 when I woke up and looked out the window. The ground was covered in snow and the air was moist. Liloc, Lavender and I share our timemachine and use it as a house because we can't afford to buy or rent a house, we're not old enough to either.
"Sammy!" yelled Liloc from the kitchen
"What?" I asked
"I can't find the cereal!" she said
"Try asking Lavender where it is!" I yelled
"Ok!" she answered.
I enjoy our life on the run in our time machine always hoping we won't be found. This is the day our lives changed forever.
