Only If I'm Dead (Sabin & Blaze)

Blaze's gun went off and they were back to back, "I swear, if we get out of this alive, I'm killing you." Blaze warned as Sabin chuckled, "No you wont." He said as they each took another shot, Blaze ran out of bullets and put the gun back into it's holder.


The beasts came closer, 'guess I'll have to do this old school.' She thought to herself and kicked one of them in the chin sending him flying, after the monsters had backed off and ran off Blaze was breathing hard and looked at Sabin and froze. Her heart shattered and she ran over to him, and knelt beside him. He had a bite mark on his neck and claw marks everywhere. He couldn't hardly breathe, "Sabin?" She asked and he just laid there gasping for breath, "Sabin, come on, you've been through worse! Don't quit on me now!" She said holding back the tears she knew were going to come.


Sabin just stared at her but obviously couldn't talk very well, "Just...... Go........ Blaze." He said in a raspy sort of voice.


"Only if I'm dead." She says slipping her arm around his waist and picked him up and he put his arm around her shoulder, grunting in pain slightly.


"Looks like you two could use a little help." A male voice said from behind them, Blaze looked over her shoulder and saw a boy with silver hair said with his arms crossed, "Who are you?" Blaze asked.


"My name's Shay." He said walking over and helped Blaze get Sabin to a cabin.


"Thank you." Blaze said and Shay shrugged and smiled, "Just do me a favor if you ever run into a girl named Sora, tell her Shay says hi." He said and walked out.
