ending
Scared, I shut it off, unplugged it and ran downstairs to my room. I jumped on my bed and sat facing the door, having my back against the wall made me feel a little better. Suddenly, the notebook Kristin and I were looking for smacked against the wall just outside my doorway.I sat frozen in fear for what seemed like hours, before I inched my way to the book and ran back to my bed. I turned to the last page where Rachael asked, "What will happen to her if I’m not back in time?" and on the reverse page in perfect script there was a reply, "Your sister will die" and I looked up towards my door to find a huge black mass coming up out of the floor and rushing towards me and at that point I blacked out.
I awoke to a flashlight shining in my eyes, and I could hear my mother crying in the background. My body felt heavy and wet and when I came to I realized I was drenched in blood. As the paramedics rushed me to the ambulance, and my mother hopped in the car to follow us, a wave of dizziness over took and I laid my head back. Through the back window of the EMT truck, I saw my sister Rachael looking out of the window with her two hands pressed to the glass, as if trying to reach for me. I saw a tall dark figure come up behind her and place a shadowed arm on her shoulder, she turned around and looked at the being in anger and suddenly her bedroom light went off and I passed out.
