Obscure things I feel like I need to do:
-Go into the forest. Dont follow the paths.
-Clean graves. Especially the mostly abandoned ones that nobody wants to visit. Strike a conversation as I do so.
-Lie in a field and watch the stars. I rarely see them anymore, it feels lonely.

Tw- eating disorders
I'm really struggling to remember to eat and sometimes that means not eating for DAYS and then when I DO eat its difficult and I feel bad for not finishing and so I'll force myself to eat the whole plate because, yknow, I SERVED MYSELF and that also stems back to childhood when I was yelled at to eat my entire plate by peer pressure.
