Prohibited Content Policy

It is a condition of use of Qfeast and the Services that a User will not post any Prohibited Content as set out below. Defined terms have the same meaning as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

A User will not:

• Publish pornography, adult content, and obscenity:

  Users may not upload or publish content about pedophilia, incest, bestiality, exploitation and sexual violence or force

• Publish hateful, harassing and bullying content

  Users may not publish material that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity. However, posts containing educational, documentary, historical, scientific, or artistic content related to such subjects are permitted

  Users may not publish content that advocates/condones violence or makes threats of harm against an individual or group

• Publish violent content

  Users may not publish direct threats of violence against any person or group of people. We also ask Users not to publish content that contains graphic violence. Users may not publish instructional material regarding the creation of weapons of mass destruction.

• Impersonate another person

  We do not allow impersonation of others through the Qfeast Service in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.

• Perform unauthorized commercial activity

  You may use the Qfeast Service to create articles for Your business or to promote Your lawful products or services that are not otherwise prohibited by Our Content Policy or Terms and Conditions of Use. There are some commercial uses We don't allow. We don't allow pages that have the primary purpose of redirecting visitors, acting as a bridge page, or driving traffic to another website. We also don't allow content that has the primary purpose of profiting from displaying ads from any publisher network, such as pages created with little or no unique content that exist only to display ads

• Unlawful use of Qfeast's Service

  Qfeast Service cannot be used for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous and illegal activities. Your account may be terminated and You may be reported to the appropriate authorities

• Spam, malicious codes and viruses

  We do not allow spamming or the transmission of malware and viruses or anything that might disrupt the Qfeast Service or harm our users. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sites that fail to meet Qfeast's quality guidelines due to the use or promotion of such techniques as cloaking, keyword stuffing, search engine spamming, and doorway or bridge pages

• Sell or promote drug, alcohol, and tobacco-related content

  Qfeast prohibit any content which sell or promote drugs or drug paraphernalia. This includes drug accessories, illegal or prescription drugs, and herbal drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms. Ads are also not permitted on pages which sell or promote the sales of beer, hard alcohol, or liqueurs. Additionally, publishers are not permitted to place ads on sites which sell or promote tobacco and tobacco-related products, including cigarettes, cigars, tobacco pipes, and rolling paper.

• Post or encourage an illegal or unauthorised copy of work protected by a third party’s copyright

  We shall respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement provided by a User in accordance with Our copyright infringement procedures. If the User believes his/her copyright has been infringed on the Qfeast Service, s/he may use the reporting mechanism provided on the website. All reported content alleged to be the subject of infringement shall be screened in a timely manner by Us and removed, if deemed necessary in Our sole discretion

• Use multiple accounts

  Do not create or use multiple accounts to evade our policies or bypass blocks or otherwise subvert restrictions placed on your account. For example, if you've been blocked by another user or suspended for abuse, don't create a replacement account that engages in similar activity.

• Publish falsehoods, misrepresentations that could damage Qfeast or any third party

• Post links to/about similar websites with Qfeast or encourage users to visit them

• Post advertisements or solicitations of business outside the "Page" designed for the respective bussiness

• Solicit personal information from anyone

• Publish a "Poll" requesting the users to vote something which can be considered too personal (about the asker or about the answerer)

• Publish a "Question" asking the users something which can be considered too personal (about the asker or about the answerer)

• Publish a "Quiz", "Story", "Question", "Poll" or "Page" to mass message other people

• Publish a "Quiz", "Story", "Question", "Poll" or "Page" requesting other users to follow, visit, read, subscribe a person or page

Reports of prohibited content can be made by using the reporting mechanism provided on the site. All reported content is screened in a timely fashion and, if deemed necessary, removed in Our sole discretion

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Website and our Services if a User is, in our absolute discretion, deemed to be an Infringer
