I would take it home and then bring it to an animal shelter because my dad is ALERGIC to dogs ;~;

i would at least take it out of the rain, ask around if it belongs to anyone, and if it doesn't, keep it; if we can't, put it up for adoption.

If I was driving past I would pick the dog up and take it home and then it can be friends with my dogs I have currently then since where I live I can't have 3 dogs I will make sure when that dog is in full health I will sell it to a good family
