Both... I'm a writer and a reader. How does that work?
I don't know that it really "works" at all. We kind of just survive. Read. Postpone writing while we go through a self-depreciation phase in which we realize we will never be as good as our favorite authors. Stop reading for a while. Get in the spirit to write. Write a bit. Read a book and it all starts over again.
