Dear Qfeast,
There's a weird glitch when I make a poll. I know it's not that big of a deal, but it might be going on for other people too. So whenever I make a poll it says to "Add a new chapter," I was wondering if you could fix it for me, and anyone else experiencing this glitch. Thanks!

I have a suggestion. How about a setting where only one person can be on an account at a time, because someone hacked me when I was on my account, and I was shocked. Please take this into suggestion.
This is not possible, many users won't like to be disconnected from other devices and won't help you much in your situation.
More:
- in case you think that your account is being used by someone else, you should urgently change your Qfeast password.
- also, never forget to sign out from devices not owned by you

Qfeast, I can't seem to message anyone. Could you help me figure out the problem?
This is seems to be a unique case, we need more details. Tell us also what device/browser are you using.
Please try till it works one of the following options:
1) Have you ever been able to message someone? Try also to message different (and known by you) users.
2) Try message qfeast user (we - Qfeast Team), in order to test.
3) Try using the "Send Message See More Popup" (open a Wall, then click Send Message)
4) Try using the "Desktop/ Tablet" version

You have to activate your email address in order to be able to message people. Please check this in [Settings] - > [Email].

also, um, if people don't go on for 1 year can their account be hidden (so nobody can see them, buyt when they go on again their account is woken up? Its really annoying to answer question created 3 years ago, and try to talk to someone who hasen't been on forever! It would also make it so you can't follow people who haven't been on, never done anything, since 2012?

Hey Qfeast I was just wondering if it at all would be possible to add a grammar check? Like when you use the wrong where/were you know 'cause I sometimes use the wrong one without knowing. It was just a thought is all and would be awesome if you could take it into account please.

The default browser spell checking is activated on Qfeast on most of the text inputs. We know the default one is not perfect at all, but adding a different type of spell checking could cause serious lags in typing.

At this moment there is no plan to introduce bold/italics in near future (not so many users that requested this). Speaking about paragraphs, you can use several space characters or the TAB key.

@Parabolic That's true, but I find it more of a hassle and harder to edit (not that is matters much), as well as inconsistent. Either way, its fine.

There should be a time limit on posting quizzes, poles, etc. because I'm getting annoyed by people posting a million things (mostly polls) on the front page. And these people are posting a million at a time are the same user. For example @User posted 7 polls all in the time span of 5 minutes.
It happens that sometimes certain users to be very active, and we do understand that receiving so many items in such a short time might be a bit of overwhelming. But in the same time, it's not a generally good idea to impose a limit on items creation.
There might be 2 options:
- open only the news feed item from @user that don't find interesting, the rest just See More ignore them.
- unfollow @user. Also, consider that the more users you are following the more news feeds you will receive daily

Hi QFeast!
I'm really sick of having to wade through almost 700+ notifications in my Feed. Is there any way you can create a way for me to pick and choose the kind of stuff that goes in my Feed? Like, I can choose if I do or don't want to have peoples' posts on fandom pages in my Feed? And only get my friends new posts and stuff in my Feed?

The feature that allows you to set when to receive page post news feeds has been added, just go to the [Settings] - > [News Feed]

Hi, we are working hard to implement something for this. There will be a new option that will allow you to turn off receiving news feeds about new posts / images added on Pages where you are not subscriber / member, just because you are following someone who is active there.

Something is up with my search bar. Whenever I want to search for something, quizzes, stories, questions, pages, polls, they work fine.
But when I search for users, nothing shows up.

How do you add a chapter to an ongoing series you already published?
You visit the story as if you were going to read it.
Up in the area near the top right corner, near the search bar, there should be the options to report, save, unpublish, or edit the story. Click on "Edit Story."
There it is possible to fix any spelling mistakes or add a new chapter, as you wanted.
The add a new chapter button will be at the bottom of the See More webpage, under the last chapter of the story.

I don't think it's necessary to put on News Feed whenever someone we're following posts something on a page that we're not even subscribed to. This makes me have thousands of unread News Feed items at all times, and that's pretty annoying. I think it should only let us know when someone posts something on a page that we created or we are subscribed to, and not any time our followers does something. Thanks!
A special settings for ignoring certain pages from receiving news feeds will be added in near future.

This is not a question, this is just a suggestion.
I think we need a notification thing for when posts we are either subscribed to or we've participated on are edited/updated. I mean, you see a post that was old, you look at it a few days later and you find it's changed, and you feel, STUPID.

Just go to [Settings] - > [Notifications] and check the "When someone comments a thread that I participate on". You will be notified whenever new comments will be added to that post (not when was edited).

How do I change my username?
You go into your settings.
In the settings, you click on the Username Tab.
There, you enter your new username into the box labeled "Username" with your current one already in place.
You can edit the message sent out regarding the change of name, then enter your password and click "Change Username" and you're done!

Better, but the page will still be set as "profile" because you are organizing an unofficial competition (" Art Competition" ), with your rules. Please read the Qfeast guidelines for creating pages. There is no issue in this, your followers and Wall visitors will be able to see it.

As in the message, the page is considered to be too generic, meaning you should be more specific in setting the page title.
If it is too generic the page will not have success, as people in general prefer specific stuff.
Examples of generic titles: "Fan art", "Just for girls", "Wallpapers", "Cartoons", "Fun", "Cool stuff", "Creepy Pasta"

Qfeast, I have a complaint about one of my stories.
Earlier this morning before my first lesson at college, I made a start on the next chapter in my story "Corpse Party - Tortured Souls [Sonic Style]". At 8:55AM, I saved the whole thing, but the story visibility was changed to profile, claiming the story was a childish cartoon-based story. Now, I have some points for both sides.
Yes, Corpse Party is a cartoon. It's a Japanese animation (anime), but it's within the HORROR genre. See More Which is why I set it to public. Stuff with horror and gore is not considered childish, so while you do have a point, because I changed the original characters to Sonic OC's from Qfeast, this is still the actual Corpse Party itself.
And to prove the point of horror, I have a little link for one of the episodes of the anime itself. You'll see why it's gory if you watch it, then you'll see my point.

The system automatically might recognize it as cartoons related because of the title ( "Sonic" ), even if you think the story is "horror". Try to move the "sonic" word to the description, then save the story with "Public" visibility
