things that scare me:
- the sound of people walking up the stairs
(always means my parents are coming to yell at me)
- my bedroom door creaking
(means my parents are mad at me)
- people raising their voice at me (even a little bit)
(PTSD from having my parents literally scream at me for literally being autistic when I was little) See More
- having people behind me at the top of stairs
(from my mom trying to push me down the stairs on multiple occasions)

I don't know you that well but from what I've seen I can at least say you look great, you're there for your friends, and you're talented.
I know low moments suck a lot but you have to keep reminding yourself that you do deserve to be happy- and fighting for it makes you deserve it even more. The struggle is hard with trying to deal with low moments but the See More harder you fight it the more rewarding it'll end up being. You've got this, ok?
