This Sailor Scout is based on a very good friend of mine. She was born as a Sagittarius, and is a big fan of bionics. Sagittarius has super speed and strength, and her weapon is a bow(which isn't shown on here, but might in another). At a young age, she was caught in a car wreck and lost her right arm and left leg, so she had to get bionics.
