After trying with another OC, I now realise how underpowered OC's are just as bad as overpowered OC's since they're one-dimensional and probably don't fit in.
I will be changing this before I introduce this OC though. Trust me, I don't introduce OC's until I have their factors right to make sure they're not OP or UP.

I would recommend adding strengths to you characters, rather than only weaknesses. Having an underpowered character can show that they are underdeveloped in some cases and require more depth.
