Can see into the future but his predictions are almost always incorrect
Has a modified brain that enables him to have human emotions
He's very anxious and constantly worries about the future. He cannot properly shut down due to being somewhat defective.
If put under too much stress, he will leak oil from his limbs and eyes. It's a horrific scene but can easily be fixed.
He is not always See More worried however, he can be very happy at times and has learned how to become calm in tense situations, and often hides his worry unless he starts panicking.
I still haven't settled on a design yet and his backstory isn't completely done yet but I got this much at least
