Recently, I've been having these...panic attacks. It's weird...one moment I'm fine, then I feel like...I'm drowning. Like this giant wave of emotion came over me. And then I need to throw up, except I'm not throwing up. But sometimes I keep...gagging so much that I throw up blood and I'm not able to speak for the next couple minutes. It scares me so much and I want it to stop. Before, they didn't happen so frequently, but now, I'm having one at least twice a week, sometimes even twice a day. Every time, I'm able to run into the restrooms before the blood comes, but I'm so scared that it might happen in school and I'm not fast enough. And its not jus the blood, it's the emotion. I feel like I'm not able to do anything, that I can't do anything right. It hurts so much. If there's some way for this to stop, please, PLEASE tell me. I don't want to break.
I probably sound like some attention seeker. I'm sorry.
