He didn't kill Yoon Bum right away like his over victims because he reminded him over his mom
Yes, he shows signs of affection towards Yoon Bum, but he also uses his weaknesses against him to mold him into his liking or just to be See More a jerk
He beats and demeans him then tells him he's beautiful in the same breath, confusing the poor boy
