You know I wonder if I'm the reason my friends are in crisis right now. It makes sense. All of their lives went to shit the moment i became friends with them.

It's sure as hell not your fault I could be depressed, my great grandfather died and I still don't know how to feel about it. That's not at all your fault. Wolfy's depression didn't grow until more around December, and that had nothing See More to do with you. Trust me, you've brought us noting but joy and happiness. You're a great friend, and I'd be p heartbroken if I found out something bad happened to you.

Last night I had a nightmare that I killed my mom and sister and then I burned our apartment down. I've had so many dreams like that one though that it wasn't very surprising. It's what happened just about 20 minutes ago that's freaking me out. I was petting my cat while watching tv. It wasn't until she starting whining and wiggling out of my hold that i noticed something was wrong. I had been starting to choke her. I get thoughts of killing people often, but I never actually attempted something. Im so shaken that I'm not sure what to do. She seems okay, so i don't think i actually harmed her, but the fact that i TRIED to harm her makes me sick. I don't know what's wrong with me...
