I've always been self conscious about my weight.
I was about 120 from age 9-the start of being 12.
Then I realised I could change that.
So I started running, every single day. I used to get tired after. A block, but now I'm fine after a mile.
I know it's not much, but..

I feel really proud of myself right now.
I went from an overweight 10 year old old who could barely run a mile in under 13 minutes.
To a underweight almost 13 year old to runs. Mile in 6 minutes.
Anyone else proud?
