Hello Neighbor Theory
[ALERT] Spoilers ahead, if you do not want to know about spoilers then leave. I might use a bit of info from game theory just a bit. You really should go watch their theory.

When you enter the room, why is he crying? (He is your neighbor.) What did he have to hide? The prisoners! "They" might have See More found it. Who's "they? The police! Just think about it "I had to hide the prisoners. The police might have found them." It fits perfectly. 14:14 on his mailbox, may have represented the Bible. "Remember: 103o63" 103o63 is probably a code to get somewhere. "Do you see it?" What could that mean?
