One time, I woke up from a dream and I had a panic attack
I don't remember the dream I woke up and looked down from my bed \i was on top of a bunk bed/ to get the tv remote but the floor seemed darker and the bed was taller, I don't know I big stung of fear ran threw me, I freaked out but my sister calmed me down eventually
