I've been on Qfeast for at least 2 weeks now and still haven't gotten an email to confirm my email address

1) Please resend your confirmation email:
Go to [Settings] → [Email Address] then click the "Resend" button (will be disabled only if your account is already activated). By clicking the "Resend" button a new confirmation email will be sent to your email address
Please double check that the entered email address is correct before resending the confirmation email See More
2) Search on all email folders, especially on the Spam, Trash or Junk folders of your email. Many email clients move the new emails in such folders, even if are secure or requested by the users
You can encounter delays in receiving emails to/from some clients sometimes, so please wait few minutes.

I had that same problem...if you have Gmail, check both your Spam and Junk folders.
