I just want you to know that its easy to be sad and depressed but you can choose to be happy. You can choose to focus on the good things instead of the bad. Life is not meant to be an easy ride. You will have bumps, curves, bruises, scars, peaks and valleys but what does it matter if your not going to enjoy it? I'm just going to flat out say it. If you choose to remain depressed you might as well die. Its no use to live and be sad all the time. And if you've been battling for See More a long time now it means you want to be happy, you don't really want to die. Even if your brain tells you you want to, deep down you really want to. But how is it going to get better if you just sit there and wait for your happily ever after? If you don't act you will fail. Choose to be happy, look at all the things you should be grateful for. You have a life. You only get that opportunity once. Are you really going to waste it? Its your choice. I'm not going to ask you to repost this. I'm just going to ask this to send this message to someone you love who may need this. You don't even have to send them this. You can speak your own words. You can quote me if you want.
