On the top bar, you should see multiple stuff, right? Like ME and NEWS FEED.
Look for the one that says CREATE with a blue arrow. Scroll over that, then select Story.
Then just follow the instructions from there.
Be careful, Qfeast have limits on words, and the whole story must be at least 2,000 characters before you can publish it, with at least 20 characters See More in each chapter, and a fair amount of lines.
