I hate when people say depression is something 'you grow out of' or you just 'get over it' I'm sick and tired of it
At this rate I'm just gonna end up killing myself if this goes on longer
I don't care if anyone would miss me
I don't care if no one would care if I died
I don't care about anything anymore
Tbh even if people say that they care I know they don't a lot of people are better off without me and no one can change my mind otherwise
My own friends hate me and my crush does too
I don't deserve anything good in life so why should I deserve to live anyway?

Let your mom know and maybe you can get a new therapist of its needed.
And, it's possible for depression to cling to someone for their whole life. But, you never know if you'll stay sad forever.
