what is your breaking point?
not as easily broken
you aren't as breakable as some but you are not as strong as some either. at some point you will break,as of anyone else would but you usually try to keep it to yourself. after a couple weeks of the same stress/pain/grief that you're dealing with will get so unbearable and you may seek help from a friend or family member.

Sooooooo the reason why I help other people so much, have such useful advice, etc is because, well, I was there before.
@buse, toxic people, bullying, bad relationships, being gaslighted, blackmailed, used often, eating problems, emotional issues, problems from my childhood, bad grades, being ghosted and cut off, no vent sources, no therapist, smw, emotionless, bottling emotions, negative thinking, no true friends, rumors, friends bullied me, etc
