To my pals who have bottom dysphoria/want to have a packer:
If you have access to condoms, fill one with water or gel (( not all the way, mind you. Just enough to be a regular sized bulge )) tie the end of it and then slip another condom over it, the closed end covering the tied end of the condom you just tied. This one is a little risky, because there is a possibility that it will pop and it will look like you peed yourself
Or take an ankle sock, stuff another ankle sock See More in it and pin it to your underwear. This method is less convincing, however. Its really lumpy
You can also make one out of pantyhose but I honestly don't know how to do that-
