Alpha has recruited those going to the council: Eva, Rivers, Cadence, Shepard, and Thomas. They are preparing for a morning takeoff at 4:30 which will land them at their destination in about 10 hrs. Sr. Agent "Bulldog" is in the process of preparing a jet for the flight. Alpha and Brody are overseeing preparation.]
Brody: Monte Carlo?
Alpha: Playground for the rich. It won't See More be conspicuous for an influx of foreigners to arrive. And it's close enough to the hotspot for us to keep tabs on any activity.
Brody: That doesn't sound very safe. Are you sure?
Alpha: Yes... because I don't have a choice. Are the guns loaded?
Brody: Yes, Alpha, along with all of the other cargo. Alpha, it's not too late to back out. You don't have to go.

They don't care about See More people or lives or anything but getting what they're after. They're like animals. People say that good is the losing side, but when you think about the lost souls out there who've completely stripped away their morality, emptied their brains of everything except violence and greed, they've lost far more than we ever have. So don't you ever think that caring or emotions or LOVE make you weak. *Looking at Eva with a slight frown* When channeled correctly they're what separate a good agent from a great one. *He looks at his watch* Anyway, do us all a favor and be quiet for a little while. Thomas: Life isn't going to be easy or straightforward. If it were, we wouldn't need anyone else, teachers, mentors... *he pauses* parents. *The word pains him* It's through uncertainty that we learn and improve ourselves. But still I choose death. I don't know why I always do. *More to himself* Perhaps it's because I live with too much guilt already; I can't See More bear much more. I am a coward and a foolish humanitarian and in the wrong line of work.

That, and I feel like I'd have to keep going for those around me that weren't so lucky.
Honestly, by not trying to survive and make it back home, I feel See More like that would be doing an injustice to those that didn't make it...
*looking back over at Thomas now* I feel like either answer could be right or wrong in its own regards though.
Wanting to survive on the island could be considered selfish or lustful, where choosing death would be cowardly.
There is no right answers in life. *closing his eyes now, wanting to get some rest* Only ones that lead to more questions.

Thomas: I like that you ask tough questions. But I'd probably choose death. It just seems to me that those left behind have do deal with a punishment worse than death. They're left behind, stuck with memories of those they outlived. Besides, no one wants to be alone. Not completely. What about you, Agent Shepard?
