People who ship Eremika and say it isn't incest. You can be right. People who ship it and say it's incest can also be right. This goes vice versa for non shippers.
Anyhow, I'll state this before you read any further. Do. Not. give me shit about saying this.
Eremika can be considered incest, seeing as Eren's father took Mikasa in after her parents died and Eren saved her. They treated Mikasa as their own daughter, and Eren treated her like a sister. She treated him like a brother See More that she had to watch over. So, if you want to get rather technical, they're pretty much adoptive siblings.
Now for the same reasons, it can not be incest as well. Sometimes when friends sre close to one another they treat people like family. Carla and Doctor Jaeger could have only treated Mikasa as their own child so she would be comfortable with them and not feel as if she didn't have parents. So once again, it is possibly not incest.
But here's another thing.
To the Eremika shippers out there.
Don't start shit with people who say they don't ship it. Really, they have their own damn opinions so deal with it. Like I said, it is possibly incest but we don't really know. Until the creator of Attack on Titan would confirm that it is or isn't.

Okay, so the only reason I don't like Ereri is there's literally no attraction.
The age gap doesn't bother me at all, it usually would but not in this case.
Eren and Levi live in a world where your life span is shorter than average.
The age difference most likely will not matter due to such a fact.
Maybe in their world it will matter due to the fact that they cannot reproduce children which will help the population grow, possibly help take more land back etc etc. But I doubt See More that it would be shunned due to their age difference.
