okay so the actual reason hanpeto is so gr8 is because i feel like their personalities would work together really well?? they both have a bit of a temper and they’re stubborn as hell, so i’m sure they butt heads but they can also find common ground with their shared traits if that makes sense. and i feel like petra has a very sort of steadying presence u kno, whereas hanji is a big ball of energy, and it serves for excellent contrast.
