those types of people that have a crush on someone who's OBVIOUSLY not interested or with someone else and they keep tryna push things on to make the person they like to like them back
especially if the person theyve had a crush on has been uncomfortable with the person crushing on them and with the way that they talk at times

lemme show an example;

Jermey and Tiana are friends which they have been for a few years now. Jermey has had a crush on Tiana See More for lets say 3 years but Tiana has never liked Jermey back or has been with someone else before ever meeting Jermey. Tiana would act dry to Jermey to push him away but Jermey keeps pushing himself onto Tiana no matter how much she tries to push him away because shes too scared to say what she really wants to say
