How do I cope with losing someone
I can’t say for sure because it differs for everyone and my coping mechanisms are far from healthy, but do what you feel is best to feel better, as long as it’s not hurting you or anyone else. If you need to cry and scream, go for it. If you need to draw vent art, then do it.

I really want to die and I think I’m suicidal again. I think about my own death more than I should and I want to die. I’m doing horrible. I constantly want to hurt myself but I can’t because there’s no way I can hide cuts from my family. They’ll find out. They always find out.
