its very hard to eat with braces for the first while, but just try to eat softer things. you still need to get your nutrients.

Please eat, it's going to hurt and you need to suck it up and deal with it. You only have to go through this for about 8 months or so. You need to eat because you need energy and your mouth needs to get used to the braces.
